Thanks to my husband – Piyush – I have discovered a skill set. I never imagined that anything remotely to do with Kitchen could ever be my passion. But life throws us new challenges and luckily enough for me, I loved my challenge.
It all started with our weekday nights being hectic. With gym, dinner and sleep being the agenda – in that order. So getting more health conscious demanded that we try avoiding our traditional carbs of roti and rice and replacing with a more protein and vegetable rich diet.
Next step is ofcourse Google. Internet is flooded with loads of vegetarian and vegan salads to try. I started selecting recipes and editing them to suit the local ingredients available.
